Basic Plan (Business)
Unlimited phone & remote support* – This service gives you first priority on all jobs you register with us, this includes Remote repairs, On-sites and workshop repairs. On top of that you get unlimited phone & remote support for every computer and server in your business.

Office 365 Standard
With this extra you will get Microsoft Office 365 Standard which gives you Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, OneNote, Publisher, Access & 1TB of OneDrive storage, SharePoint and a 50GB Exchange Plan 1 Mailbox. This is also monitored and controlled by Sarala Computers so you don’t have to worry about renewals and upgrades, we do it for you!
Monthly – £12.36 Per machine
Fully Monitored Anti-Virus
With this service each machine will get a fresh copy of Avast Business CloudCare that is fully monitored, updated and run by Sarala Computers so you never have to worry about anti-virus again!
Monthly – £1.85 Per machine
Exchange365 Hosted Email
Exchange and 365 hosted email mailboxes with 50GB of storage, fully supported by Sarala Computers.
Monthly – £3.96 Per machine
Contract details
All subscriptions prices exclude VAT and are only available to business customers. On-site call outs or issues fixed at the workshop are not included in any subscription plan, this work will be priced at the normal hourly rate.
Fully monitored Avast anti-virus, latest Microsoft Office and Exchange mailboxes are at fixed prices and will never change during a contract. The basic plan prices (phone and remote support) will depend on how many machines the business has, please contact us for an exact quote.
PAY AS YOU GO
If you don’t want to enter into a support contract we can still offer the classic pay as you go package, this allows you to get full IT support but only pay when you need us! You pay by the hour, minimum charge is 1 hours labour on all work apart from remote sessions which can be charged at 30 minutes, depending on the length of the session.
Please note all subscription customers will be priority but we will still aim to contact you within 1 working day.
